Immigration Physicals

Dr. AndrawisDr. Andrawis is a designated Civil Surgeon for the U.S. Department of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). By this designation, he is authorized to perform medical examinations and give necessary immunizations for aliens applying for Permanent Resident Status (Green Card) as well as the benefits defined under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Spanish and Arabic translations available.

The process includes:

  1. Physical examination
  2. Blood test
  3. Skin test for tuberculosis
  4. Necessary immunizations

After the above requirements are fulfilled, the required INS forms are filled out by the doctor and handed to the applicant in a sealed envelope to submit to the INS. The whole process can be completed within 48 hours.
